My Projects
Girls Talk
A space to grow, connect, and be heard.
I founded Girls Talk, a weekly “Big Sister” mentorship club for girls ages 11–13.
I created a safe and welcoming space where girls can talk openly about confidence, friendships, growing up, and the experiences that shape us.
Through our conversations, I have learned how powerful it can be simply to listen, share experiences, and remind someone that they are not alone.

One Health
Learning about our connection to the planet.
Through the One Health chapter at Crossroads School, I founded and led a student group focused on the connections among human health, animals, and the environment.
I helped teach environmental science each week and organized hands-on experiences, including restoration projects following the Los Angeles fires and regenerative agriculture initiatives.
This project has helped me understand that the health of people, animals, and our planet is deeply connected—and that solving environmental challenges requires us to think about them all together.

Nursery volunteer
TREEAMS — Trees + Dreams — is a student-led movement to plant 5,000 trees across Los Angeles neighborhoods burned in the 2025 wildfires, growing native sycamores and coast live oaks in school nurseries before replanting them in Altadena and Pacific Palisades.
It was envisioned with Dr. Jane Goodall, who was set to keynote its launch on October 1, 2025, and passed away that same morning. The students went ahead — a moment of silence, then the first of 5,000 trees planted in her honor. Sienna's connection to it runs through Margarita Pagliai, a friend she's had since kindergarten and one of TREEAMS' founders — and through that friendship, her own promise to help carry Jane's commitment to the planet forward.
Margarita didn't ask me to care about this. I already did — she just gave it somewhere to go.
